TOPIC:JOURNEY WITH GOD
TEXT.GENESIS 17:1
When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, I am the Almighty God; walk and live habitually before Me and be perfect (blameless, wholehearted, complete).
WORDS OF WISDOM:
Nothing as exciting like hanging out with your maker.
Journeying with God is one of God’s fundamental requirements. from all of His children. To journey with God is to travel with God.
Those that travel with God will not need to travail in life. Micah 6:8. He hath shewed thee,”O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? When you journey with God, you enjoy fantastic companionship and robust fellowship with God.
Journey with God is to be blameless before God while walking with Him. To be blameless is to be perfect before Him. Genesis 6:9. This is the history of the generations of Noah.
Noah was a just and righteous man, blameless in his [evil] generation; Noah walked [in habitual fellowship] with God.
Journey with God is to be wholeheartedly following the Lord, not double faced or minded before God. Numbers 32:12 AMPC] Except Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite and Joshua son of Nun, for they have wholly followed the Lord. To doubt God is to be dammed in life. Journey with God is to be going in the same direction with God.
Living and existing in God’s will for your life. Jere. 1:4-5, 29:11, Matthew 26:42. Those that walk with God cannot be lost in the journey of life.
Journey with God is to be keeping the company of God. Gen 17:1You cannot walk with God without keeping Him company. It is to spend time with Him.
ASSIGNMENT
Live your life based on the word of God.
Never enjoy an environment where God is absent.
PRAYER POINTS
1.Father, I thank you for revealing the secret of divine blessings unto me in the name of Jesus.
2.Father, I receive the grace to walk in the direction of my Maker that will lead to great achievement this year in the name of Jesus.
3.Father, I make a demand that I will begin and always operate my life according to your word in the name of Jesus.
4.Father, purge the conscience of every member of this Church from dead works so that we can serve you all the days of our lives in the name of Jesus.
5.Father, let the zeal of your house consume me so I can be consistent in prayer, giving and evangelism for the Church thereby moving from value to value this month in the name of Jesus.
6.Father, as I walk with you this month I shall not walk in darkness but in light in the name of Jesus.
7.Father, I receive the grace to spend more time with you this month that will expose hidden secrets unto me in the name of Jesus.
8.Father, by your tangible presence around me, there shall be provision for all my needs and wants this year in abundance in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, we make a demand on your presence in all GCIC centers and Heavenly Jerusalem Altars thereby recording amazing testimonies this year in the name of Jesus.
10.Pray in the Holy Ghost.
The Senior Pastor’s prophetic declaration:
The Lord bless you and your family as you walk with Him in purity and righteousness.
Your frustration is terminated in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
