TOPIC: KEY TO HEALTHY LIVING
TEXT: PROVERBS 15:15
All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of be a merry heart hath a continual feast.
WORDS OF WISDOM:
To enjoy a healthy life, you must maintain a joyful spirit.
When a man allowed the spirit of depression and heaviness on his path, he has compromised divine health.
Merriment is medicinal; excitement is therapeutic.
The heart of celebration is the key to maintaining a healthy life.
The word of God confirmed this: Pro. 17:22. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
Research shows that every time a person is excited, endorphins (happy hormones) are released and these hormones are important in building the body’s immune system.
On the other hand, anytime a person is sad and depressed, there are hormones that are released that degenerate the body; these hormones degenerate the joints, and the person begins to have diversities of afflictions like arthritis as well as other afflictions such as ulcer, anxiety-neurosis, etc. this will never be your portion in the name of Jesus.
Extreme depression is a mental condition, but when your heart is merry, your health is enhanced and your destiny is secured. Prov 16:24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. Do away with anyone and anything that puts your life under pressure and depresses you.
Beloved, anything that puts your joy or happiness under pressure is not of God; whatever makes your life miserable is an attack on your health. 3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
The truth is that you need to do everything at your disposal to maintain your happiness and a merry heart at all cost.
ASSIGNMENT
Surrender your life to God.
Fight against anything that puts your life and joy under pressure.
PRAYER POINTS.
1.Father, I thank you for sending your word of divine health to me today in the name of Jesus.
2.Father, I receive the grace to maintain a merry heart now and always in the name of Jesus.
3.Father, I fire back every arrow from the pit of hell fired against me to afflict my health in the name of Jesus.
4.Oh Lord deliver me from the spirit of depression that is fighting against my healthy living in the name of Jesus.
5.Father, let your fire touch everyone that is sick among us today and take away their sicknesses in the name of Jesus.
6.Father, baptize all the newcomers, new converts and every member of this Heavenly Jerusalem with the garment of praise that produces healthy life in the name of Jesus.
7.Father, I command powers and conditions attacking my joy and celebration to expire now in the name of Jesus.
8.Father, as I activate the mood of celebration today, open the windows of heaven unto me in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, we make a demand that things of joy and thanksgiving will no longer be scarce in our family in the name of Jesus.
10.Pray in the Holy Ghost
