TOPIC: RENEW YOUR MIND.

TEXT: ROMANS 12:2

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

WORDS OF WISDOM:

Until your mind is renewed by the word of God, your profiting in the kingdom will be grossly limited and restricted.

God is a God of Purpose; He will never say anything without a purpose behind it. There is a purpose and intention for every word of God because God does not speak for fun but for fulfilment. Isa. 14:24.

The word of God has a well-defined assignment to fulfilled on earth. That is why God makes us understand that the word that proceeds from His mouth is ordained for fulfilment.
Matt 4:4-5 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
It is very important to understand the assignment or ministry of the word of God in our lives as children of the living God.

God sent His word to renew or renovate the mind and thought patterns of man.
Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
This means that the word of God is the container of the thoughts of God. Association with the word of God is to upgrade our mindset.
Every time we step into the word of God, our mentality is sharpened, our mindset begins to change and our thoughts are renewed.

When you allow the word of God to renew you, your thought changes, and so also your actions.
Ps 17:4 Concerning the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer.
A change of thought equals a change of action and a change of action equals a change of destiny.

Continuous contact with the word equals an upgrade of mindset and an upgrade of mindset equals an upgrade of action, and an upgrade of action equals an upgrade of destiny.

ASSIGNMENT.

1. Determine to study God’s word diligently.

2. Allow God’s word to renew and renovate you.

PRAYER POINTS.

1. Father, I thank You for the revelation knowledge of your word in the name of Jesus.

2. Father, let your word of deliverance and rescue locate me and set me free today in the name of Jesus.

3. Father, by your word let every good thing in my life that is dead come alive now in the name of Jesus.

4. Father, let every abomination in my foundation be corrected by the efficacy of your word in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, grant the grace to study your word to all our newcomers and new converts so that they can be established in Christ and in this Church in the name of Jesus.

6. Father, powers that want me to work against the purpose of God for my life shall not succeed over me in the name of Jesus.

7. Father, destroy all manner of devilish interferences of the wicked against the destinies of everyone that are related to your Church, GCIC in the name of Jesus.

8. Father, let supernatural blessing begin to answer to the efforts of all our business and career members in the name of Jesus.

9. Father, let the word of fruitfulness locate everyone in our midst that are tagged barren with evidence to show in the next nine months in the name of Jesus.

10. Father, continue to confirm your calling upon your servants, Pastor Matthew and Pastor (Mrs) Mary Morakinyo with signs and wonders in the name of Jesus.

The Senior Pastor’s prophetic declaration:

Every limiting factor and embargo on your destiny shall be broken into irredeemable pieces in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
