POWER TOUCH DAILY DEVOTIONAL
SUNDAY, 6TH NOVEMBER, 2022.
TOPIC: THE POWER OF PRAISE.
TEXT: ACTS 16:25-26.
And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
WORDS OF WISDOM:
Power of praise has unusual ability to change people situations and circumstances.
Christianity is about the power of God. John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:.
Power is the dynamic ability to cause changes. When power arrives things will be done easily. Lack of power is what makes life to be stagnated.
There is the power to handle the battle of the night time in your praise. Night time is the time you are facing challenges.
Psalm 30:5. For his anger [endureth but] a moment; in his favour [is] life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning The way to shorten your night time is by praise. If you can shorten your night you will have a longer day.
There is the power of sovereignty and massive blessings inside praise.
Psa 119:62. At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
The power of praise brings unexpected blessings unto you. Your blessings will no longer be small but fearful and intimidating in Jesus’ name.
There is the power to shake the evil foundation of the family when you praise. Psa 11:3. When evil foundations have shaken, all doors open for you and your family.
Psa. 114:1-7. When God is involved through praise every good will be opened.
ASSIGNMENT.
1. You must be holy.
2. Praise God with understanding.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, I thank you for the revelation knowledge of your word in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, I receive tremendous power to changes situation in my favour in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, terminate my night season and let my morning of celebration come in the name of Jesus.
4. Father, let every challenge facing me or any member of my family disappear in the atmosphere of praise in the name of Jesus.
5. Father, arise and deliver all our newcomers and new converts from enemies of their destiny in the name of Jesus.
6. Father, let there be a release of massive blessing unto me this day in the name of Jesus.
7. Father, by the power of praise, I scatter evil family foundation affecting any member of my family in the name of Jesus.
8. Father, as I offer praise today, let there be divine assistance that will lead to my breakthrough in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, we make a demand that every power limiting the growth of your Church, GCIC be exposed and disgraced this month in the name of Jesus.
10. Father, anoint your son, Pastor Matthew Morakinyo with fresh oil thereby producing amazing results this year in the name of Jesus.
The Senior Pastor’s prophetic declaration:
I declare and decree that your season of celebration has started in Jesus mighty name.
