TOPIC: FIRE IN THE WORD
TEXT: JEREMIAH 23:29
Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
WORDS OF WISDOM:
Every genuine word of God is raw fire in print.
One of the natures of the word of God is fire. The principal reason is because our God is fire personified.
Heb 12:29. For our God is a consuming fire. God’s word as fire forbids discouragement. People of the word are never easily discouraged because the fire of the word burns in their system. Jere 20:9 The word of God will devour every power that is tormenting you in Jesus name.
The fire of the word of God is to consume the evil dreams and negative revelations.
Jere 23:28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the Lord.
The word of God is superior to any dreams of the night. Never allow your dream or the dream of anyone to shake you off the word of God.
God uses fire to bring his prophecy to pass.
Psalm 148:8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:,
When you are facing delay as regards the promise of God concerning your life, engage the word of God and the fire in the word will bring the promise to fulfillment.
God uses fire to set the enemies and his agenda on fire.
Jere. 5:14 Wherefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.
Your enemies like sickness and disease will be roasted like the soldiers that came to arrest Elijah, if you have the word of God in you and in your mouth.
ACTION STEPS.
- You must be born again.
- Pray the word always.
PRAYER POINTS.
- Father, I thank you for the fire in your word that is available for me, to you alone be all the glory in the name of Jesus.
- Father, every negative dream that is tormenting my life and destiny shall be consumed by the fire in the word of God in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I cancel every evil revelation against my life by the fire in the word of the Lord today in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I receive manifestation of prophecies and promises over my life and destiny by the fire of the word of God in the name of Jesus.
- Father, in the order of Elijah, let your fire come down and consume every unrepentant enemy of my destiny in
the name of Jesus. - Father, I command fire to burn to ashes every seed of Satan in my life, body, family, career, ministry and business in the name of Jesus.
- Father, empower me to gloriously complete every project that you have placed in my hands in the name of Jesus.
- Father, every spirit of average mentality and mediocre spirit limiting my progress in life catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.
- Father, let the enemy and his agenda over my life and family catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.
- Father, let fresh fire rest upon your servants Pastor Matthew and Pastor (Mrs.) Mary Morakinyo for the assignment in their hands in the name of Jesus.
