TOPIC: WHAT IS DELAY?
TEXT: DEUT. 1:8.
Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.
WORDS OF WISDOM:
When delay is not dealt with instantly, it can become stagnation and stagnation can lead to decay.
God does not like delay and stagnation, especially in the life of all His children.
Deut. 1:6.The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:
Delay is not part of God’s agenda for the lives of all His children. What is behind the delay in your life is the devil, not God.
Movement without motion and projection is never part of His agenda for the elects of God because it is not every movement that leads to advancement. Deuteronomy 2:2-3 And the LORD spake unto me, saying, Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.
Activity without productivity is not the plan of our Heavenly Father. Your life and destiny are designed by God to move upward and forward.
Motion in a wrong direction will not make pass marks with our God.
Deut. 2:1 Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spake unto me: and we compassed mount Seir many days.
No matter what you have spent doing a wrong thing you have the opportunity to turn and do the right thing at the instance of divine direction.
The end of all waiting must lead to a change otherwise destiny will be wasted.
Job 14:14. If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.
When your waiting is over your chain must be broken and blessings must be released.
ACTION STEPS.
- You must hate delay with passion.
- Be ready to obey every divine instruction.
PRAYER POINTS.
- Father, I thank you for the revelation knowledge of your word in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I scatter every yoke of delay and slow motion the enemies introduced into my life in the name of Jesus.
- Father, by your everlasting arm, carry me to my next levels in all areas of life in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I return to sender every arrow of activity without productivity in my life in the name of Jesus.
- Evil rope of the wicked that tied my destiny to one spot, catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.
- Father, open the flood gates of heaven and pour down your blessings upon all our newcomers, new converts and members of your Church GCIC in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I receive divine direction that will move my life forward and upward in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I break into irredeemable pieces every chain of the wicked that is against my next levels in the name of Jesus.
- Father, we make a demand that all our business and career members shall find in easy in all their endeavours this month in the name of Jesus.
- Father, your Church GCIC shall continue to grow in leaps and in bounds thereby becoming a city without wall and a nation without border for the multitude of people in the name of Jesus.
The Senior Pastor Prophetic Declaration:
I declare and decree that all the yokes of delay in your life and destiny be scattered in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
