TOPIC: THE PRESENCE OF GOD

TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 16:13

Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.

WORDS OF WISDOM:

The presence of God is all you need to meet all your needs.

The Holy Spirit communicates God’s awesome presence to us.
2 Sam 6:11 And the ark of the Lord continued in the house of
Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and the Lord blessed
Obed-edom, and all his household.
When the presence of God is your target, you will have access to every good thing in life.

The presence of God singles you out amidst the crowd.
1 Sam 16:12. And he sent, and brought him in. Now he [was] ruddy, [and] withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this [is] he.
David had no chance of becoming the king because of the situations that surrounded his life, but God’s way is not man’s way. The presence of the Lord that you carry can give you a position that is higher than your qualification.

The presence of God creates divine recognition for you. 1 Sam 16:18. What you are doing now can still take you to the position that you desire if you can maintain the presence of God.

The presence of God makes you overcome the battle of life that will not give you a second chance.
1 Sam 17:45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
David would have been a dead man if he had confronted Goliath without the presence of God.

ASSIGNMENT

1. Know that you cannot do without God.

2. Always seek his opinion.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, I thank you for the revelation knowledge of your word in the name of Jesus.

2. Father, I receive the grace to always be the carrier of the presence of God in the name of Jesus.

3. Father, by the power of your presence, I shall continue to have access to every good thing of life in the name of Jesus.

4. Father, today, single me and my family out for outstanding miracles in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, by your presence, anywhere they have been looking down on me, let them begin to look up to me in the name of Jesus.

6. Father, let the power of your presence take to a position that is higher than my age and certificate in the name of Jesus.

7. Father, by your power I shall overcome all the battles and challenges of life and destiny in the name of Jesus.

8. Father, we make a demand that you open the window of heaven unto every committed thither in this Church this year in the name of Jesus.

9. Father, we make a demand that you visit with turnaround testimonies everyone on the line miracle babies this year in the name of Jesus.

10. Father, let the ear of every unsaved soul continue in our harvest fields continue to hear the compelling sound of the Holy Ghost and be drafted into this Church in the name of Jesus.

The Senior Pastor’s Prophetic Declaration:

The hand of the Lord will carry you from where you are to where you need to be in destiny in the mighty name of Jesus.
