TOPIC: FAITH AND ACTION
TEXT:JAMES 1: 22,25
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. [25] But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein , he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
WORDS OF WISDOM
When faith is strong ,miracles will follow.
Faith is a by-product of the response of your spirit to the word of God. Action added to your belief is what gives birth to your genuine faith. Hearing God’s word, believing it but without acting on it will not produce faith. It is equally wrong when believers easily give up and give in to discouragement after standing on the word of God.
Never stagger at the word of God through unbelief. Rom. 4:20. Genuine authentic Kingdom faith does not waiver nor give up in the midst of opposition and confrontation.
As believers we are word practitioners; we acts on what God says.
If you must have winning faith and continue to enjoy divine blessings, there is no other way to go about it than acting out the word.
James 1:22. You must understand that every word of God is an instruction from His spirit to you. You must learn to cherish the word more than anything in your life. You need to take corresponding action on your faith.
All the men of faith in the Bible hall of fame actually added action to their belief and they excelled. Heb.11:7. Noah added action to the word He received from God by moving with reverence to prepare the ark; he acted on the word. The word is to live by; it is for doing not for quoting or mere confession.
If only you learn how to live by God’s word that means you have set yourself up for unending breakthrough and continuous prosperity.
Take action today, not tomorrow, procrastination is said to be the thief of time.
ASSIGNMENT
Get the word of God into your spirit every day.
Act and practice the word immediately.
PRAYER POINTS
1: Father, I thank you for this great revelation that I received today in the name of Jesus.
2: Father, baptize me with the grace and power to take action on all your words towards me in the name of Jesus.
3: Father, let your word produce amazing results for me this month in the name of Jesus.
4: Father, let your word establish me and make me fruitful in the name of Jesus.
5: Father, give every member of this Church GCIC and those that are associated with her, that are on the line for marital breakthrough their life partners this month in the name of Jesus.
6: Father, empower everyone related to this Church with grace for victory and dominion over sin for them to be partakers of God’s blessings this month in the name of Jesus.
7: Father, let every good door that is closed against your Church GCIC and everyone that is related to her be opened in the name of Jesus.
8: Father, please grant every attendee and worshipper in all our services an encounter with your word and with your Spirit for their desired results in the name of Jesus.
9: Father, let the government of nations begin to recognize the supremacy of God’s glory in the Church of Jesus Christ thereby seeking spiritual assistance from Zion in the name of Jesus.
10:;Father, we make demand that you continue to give the Senior Pastors fresh revelation and insight into your word for fresh impact and outstanding results in the mighty name of Jesus.
The Senior Pastor’s prophetic declaration:
Every obstacle before you becomes your miracles in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
