TOPIC: THE POWER IN HIS NAME
TEXT PHILIPPIANS 2:9-10.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
WORDS OF WISDOM:
One of the ways to dispense the ability of God is through the power in the name of Jesus Christ.
If the purpose or reason of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.
As a Christian, you must know that our help is in the name of the Lord.
Ps 124:8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
We are not to call the name of Jesus as an exclamation remark but with deep understanding and meaning.
There is power to cast out devils inhabiting your life, business, house, and body in the name of Jesus.
Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; No demon can withstand the name of Jesus.
Every demon operating in your body and destiny shall disappear today in the name of Jesus.
The name Jesus has the power to destroy any strongman and the works of evil ones in our life.
1 John 3:8. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil .
The name of Jesus is a strong weapon against any strongman terrorising your life.
There is power capable of creating that new thing that you desire to have in your life, destiny, and body in the name of Jesus.
John 14:13-14.
A creative miracle happens at the mention of His name.
There is power that can bring back to life any good thing that is dead in your life in the name of Jesus.
Mark 5:25-30.
The name Jesus is powerful enough to heal a long-time sickness in your life if you call the name with understanding.
ASSIGNMENT
New birth is highly required
Have a strong connection with Jesus.
PRAYER POINTS
1.Father, I thank you for the benefit of a relationship with you in the name of Jesus.
2.Father, let your name begin to answer all my enemies that are calling my name for evil on evil altars in the name of Jesus.
3.Father, by your name, I destroy the strongman in my father’s house that is working against my welfare and progress in the name of Jesus.
4.Father, by your blood, we destroy the works of the devil in the lives of all our newcomers, new converts and members of GCIC in the name of Jesus
5.Father, I command every stranger inhabiting in my body, life and family to go out and move to hell in the name of Jesus.
6.Father, that miracle that will happen in my life that will draw multitudes unto you shall happen today in the name of Jesus.
7.Father, do a new thing in your Church GCIC and in the lives of everyone related to her that will spread the fame of your Church abroad in the name of Jesus.
8.Father, let every good thing that is dead in my life and destiny, jack back to life now in the name of Jesus.
9.Father, power that wants me to end this month empty handed shall be disappointed in the name of Jesus.
10.Father, your Church GCIC shall continue to grow in leaps and in bounds thereby becoming a city without wall and a nation without border for the multitude of people in the name of Jesus.
The Senior Pastor’s prophetic declaration:
The Lord bless you and your family with great grace and all round multiplication in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
No more shame and disgrace in the name of Jesus Christ.
